How does it work? About every 24 hours we will place a new product up on the website. The "starting" price of this product will be a very reasonable price if you wish to purchase it right away. However, randomly, our price will start to drop. The price drop may be significant, it may be very little, it is completely random. The time the price drops is also random. We do not publish our inventory levels, however, when inventory is running low, there will be notification on the page. After the complete inventory is sold out or the lowest price has been available for 2 hours, a new product will be displayed.
Why does the price drop? Great Question. Here's the answer. We list a product for sale at a "starting" price. In order to "sweeten the deal," we drop the price to a new lower price at random time intervals.
Why not wait for the lowest price and then buy the product then? Even better question! No one knows what the lowest price will be or when the last price drop will occur. NOT EVEN US! It's completely random. Since everyone has the same chance to purchase the product at any time, if you try to wait for the price to drop too low, you risk missing the item. You have to decide when the price is right to buy.
Can I buy after the product disappears? No, once a product is gone, it is gone. If the product "times out", we may decide to put the product up at a later date at even more of a savings to you.
Can I buy more than one? Yes! You can buy up to a quantity of 5 of the product.
Are you guys WOOT? No. WOOT is a great site and idea. We are throwing another element into the mix. Buy now at the current price, or risk losing out by waiting for the price to drop. You decide.
How much is shipping? Shipping is calculated by the weight of the product and the speed of service you select. Your actual shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Information Since each of our deals is unique, shipping options will be product-specific. In 99.8462% of the cases, it will be by a common carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) with the usual options. However, you will receive tracking information with your order confirmation on every purchase. At this time, EjectIT.com is only shipping to the US and Canada, and rates may be location specific.
Customer Service and Return Policy Since there are only a few situations that would warrant the request for a product return, the following is how EjectIT.com handles each:
- Product is defective or not functioning “as advertised” – contact the manufacturer direct. In most cases, they will offer replacement, and sometimes even an upgrade based on product availability. This is the most convenient and consistently successful method of dealing with returns.
- Buyer’s remorse or general dissatisfaction – resell, re-gift, or recycle. Since most product purchases on our site are completed at prices below suggested retail, it is likely you will still come out ahead on the transaction.
- Incorrect product is received or manufacturer is not responding – contact the EjectIT.com team using our submittal form, which is located here (order number is required on return requests). To save time and expense, and because so many of our products are “one time deals”, please be prepared to accept a refund of your total purchase price. In the event that a product is still available, return shipping charges will be at your expense.
If it has been more than fifteen (15) calendar days since your purchase, EjectIT.com will not accept any liability for your purchase. |
